Child Safety Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Global Girl Group Auditions is open to applicants ages 15–18. Protecting young people is a core part of how we operate. This policy explains the steps we take to help keep minors safe.
Who can apply
Our official audition form is intended for applicants ages 15–18. We encourage parents or guardians to be involved in the application process. Applicants under the age of majority in their country should obtain parental or guardian consent before submitting personal information or videos.
Video and content guidelines
All uploaded showcase videos are reviewed before they appear publicly. We do not allow content that:
- Reveals personal contact information, home addresses, or school names.
- Contains inappropriate, harmful, or bullying behavior.
- Shows minors in unsafe or uncomfortable situations.
- Includes copyrighted music or material without proper rights.
Moderation and removal
Every showcase post enters a review queue before going live. Approved posts can be hidden or removed at any time if they violate our guidelines. Users can also delete their own posts. We do not allow direct private messaging between users on this platform.
Reporting concerns
If you see content or behavior that puts a minor at risk, please report it immediately through the official Global Girl Group contact channels. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Tips for applicants and parents
- Film audition videos in a safe, well-lit, public area of your home.
- Avoid sharing personal details such as your full name, address, phone number, or school in public posts.
- Talk to a parent or guardian before creating an account or uploading videos.
- Remember that the showcase is for sharing artistry after auditioning — it is not a private chat space.
