Worldwide Teen Auditions 2026–2027

How to Audition for the Global Girl Group Online

Everything aspiring singers and dancers ask before a global girl group audition or kpop audition — video length, singing in English, what to wear, age rules, and how to apply online for free. Our worldwide open call runs now until summer 2027 for ages 15–18.

How to apply for a kpop audition online in 4 steps

  1. 1

    Film a singing video

One song, sung live with no autotune. A phone camera in a quiet room is enough — we care about your voice, tone and control.

  2. 2

    Film a dance video

30–60 seconds of choreography or freestyle. Show your full body in frame so we can see timing, lines and stage presence.

  3. 3

    Film a short intro video

Say your name, age, country and why you want to be part of a global girl group. Speak in English if you can — a subtitled clip in your own language also works.

  4. 4

    Submit the online application

Upload your three videos to YouTube (unlisted is fine) or Google Drive, then paste the links into our online audition form. It is free and takes about 10 minutes.

Before you open the form — what's your strength?

Pick one and we'll show the guidance that matters most for your audition tape. Every applicant still submits the same three videos.

Audition types: kpop, singing, dancing and acting auditions

One free application covers every category below. Choose the lane that fits your talent — or submit for more than one.

Kpop auditions (global online open call)

A kpop-style audition judges vocal tone, rhythm, choreography retention and on-camera charisma. Film one live-sung song and 30–60 seconds of choreography, keep your whole body in frame, and submit the links online — no travel to Seoul and no agency contract needed to apply here.

Singing auditions

For singing auditions we listen for pitch accuracy, breath control, tone and emotion. Sing live with no autotune, pick a song inside your comfortable range, record in a quiet room, and lead with the strongest 15 seconds of the song.

Dancing auditions

For dancing auditions we watch timing, lines, control and stage presence. Choreography or freestyle both work — film in landscape from head to toe, use clear music, and finish the clip with a held pose rather than fading out.

Acting auditions (performance & camera presence)

Members front music videos, interviews and brand content, so acting-style camera presence counts. If acting is your strength, add a short self-tape monologue or an expressive intro to your application and mention your acting training in the form.

Global girl group audition — all-round applicants

Applicants who sing and dance (and act) can submit every clip in the same free application. Ages 15–18, every country, worldwide open call running now until summer 2027.

13 answers
How do I audition for kpop or a global girl group online?+

Film three videos — singing, dance and a spoken introduction — upload them to YouTube or Google Drive, then submit the links through our online audition form. No travel, no agency contract and no fee required.

What kpop company should I audition for?+

If you want a Korean training system, the major companies (HYBE, JYP, YG, SM, Source Music, BELIFT) all run global online auditions with their own age and language rules. If you want a worldwide girl group that auditions in English and accepts talent from every country, our open call is built for exactly that — and you can apply to both.

Can I sing an English song in a kpop audition?+

Yes. English songs are welcome at nearly every global audition, including ours. Choose a song that shows your real range and tone rather than one that is only impressive on paper.

Do you have to be Asian to audition for kpop?+

No. Korean agencies and global girl group projects both hold worldwide auditions open to every nationality and ethnicity. Our audition is open to talented girls in every country, no exceptions.

How long should a kpop audition video be?+

Keep each clip between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. One minute of your strongest singing and about a minute of dance is ideal — judges usually decide in the first 15 seconds, so lead with your best moment.

What should I wear for my audition video?+

Fitted, simple clothing that lets us see your body lines while dancing — no baggy hoodies, hats or heavy filters. Light natural makeup, hair off your face, and a plain background keep the focus on you.

How do I audition for a kpop trainee position?+

Trainee auditions use the same materials as member auditions: vocal clip, dance clip, intro and basic stats. Agencies look for trainable potential, so demonstrate pitch accuracy, rhythm and coachability rather than a finished performance.

How old do I have to be to audition?+

Our worldwide audition is open to ages 15–18. Applicants under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission before submitting.

Is there a fee to apply?+

No. Our audition is completely free. Any audition that asks aspiring performers for money up front should be treated with caution.

Do I need professional recording equipment?+

No. A recent smartphone, good daylight or a lamp facing you, and a quiet room are enough. Clear audio matters more than camera quality.

Do I need dance training or vocal lessons first?+

Not required, but helpful. A few weeks with a local dance studio or vocal coach noticeably improves breath control, pitch and stage confidence on camera.

When will I hear back after auditioning?+

Applications are reviewed in rounds throughout the open call. Shortlisted applicants are contacted by email, so use an address you check often.

When do auditions close?+

The worldwide open call runs now until summer 2027. Applying early gives you a chance to be reviewed in more than one round.
